Hannah Bradford is nervous about her first day at a new school, and makes friends while learning that high school is different for everyone.

Hannah feels left out when everyone else has an invite to sleep over at Jasmine's party, and decides to make the most of things with a little help from Olivia.

Hannah withdraws from everyone closest to her, but remembers how much her friends mean to her after a visit from Olivia and Natalie.

Hannah's friends throw her a surprise birthday party, but things take a turn around the campfire as questions are fired at Hannah.

Hannah runs for class captain but in doing so discovers some of her classmates still see her as the `trans kid'.

Feeling increasingly alienated from her friends, Hannah starts a Pride group to find people she can connect with.
