Maeshima and other members of Ionodai's skate-leading club talk to Himekawa after he withdraws from school; Maeshima takes the skate-leading badge test to be eligible to compete.

With the Grand Prix Series coming up, Ionodai's skate-leading club are hard at work training. Friction builds between Maeshima and Kiriyama, and Kubota challenges Maeshima for a spot on the starting team.

The schools gather for the opening ceremonies of the Grand Prix Series. Before the first competition, Himuro of St. Clavis and Terauchi promise to meet again at the finals.
