Two-part crime thriller. When 15-year-old Lynda Mann's half-naked body is found in Leicestershire, in November 1983, Chief Superintendent David Baker is determined to find her murderer. When the killer strikes again Baker turns to Dr Jeffreys to carry out DNA fingerprinting, which will eventually lead him to catch the killer.
