Arnold Stang

Arnold Sidney Stang (September 28, 1918 – December 20, 2009) was an American comic actor with a distinctive, squawky, Brooklyn-accented speaking voice. He worked steadily in radio, television, and the stage, as well as a voice-over artist in animated cartoons, for 70 years. Today's audiences know him best as the voice of Top Cat in the cartoon series; as Frank Sinatra's best friend in The Man with the Golden Arm; and as one of the hapless gas-station owners in the spectacular all-star comedy film It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World.
