A small town is left reeling when a group of criminals barricade themselves inside a bank branch with a number of people as their hostages.

Negotiations between the police and the criminals begin, as staff members, a customer, and two children anxiously await their fate.

The situation worsens when a shooting incident occurs; Ivo wants to know the extent of the situation inside the bank; Ibrahim struggles to negotiate.
