Bobby's Road Rules / Zooter's Strange Spots

S2 E9: In an attempt to keep the roads safe, Bobby and Bungo make it impossible for any Wheeler to use them. Zooter steals fruit from Crocker's Pom Pom Berry Tree but gets covered with spots of purple juice and claims she has Purple Spot Fever instead of admitting what she took.
