S1 E1: It's the start of the new year, and after their busy festive period, the hotel has high hopes for the year ahead, looking at how they can improve all areas of their service and make 2020 the most successful year in the hotel's history. Head butler Sean is determined to make his newest recruit, 37-year-old ex-actor Michael, the perfect Savoy butler - and he is putting him to the test.
