Episode 9

S7 E9: The family are in financial trouble after the loss of their funding, and Ed comes up with a plan to secure the vet contract for a horse-breeding stable run by Sienna. They are offered a trial but things start badly when a horse kicks out and badly damages Danny's fingers. However, Sienna is impressed with their work and awards them the contract - but later, disaster strikes when the horse they treated develops a terrible disease and Sienna blames Danny and Ed. Can they prove that they were not responsible? Fiona offers Ed some of her own money to help them, which pushes him too far - while Du Plessis overhears and cannot believe that Ed refuses. Danny is excitedly awaiting the return of Alice and the children, but he is stricken when she tells him that she wants him to come to the UK instead. Meanwhile, when a leopard requires an urgent operation, Rosie manages to successfully complete the surgery, which confirms to Danny that he could leave Leopard's Den in safe hands.
