Nanny's Magic Test / Giants in the meadow

S2 E201: Nannny's magic license is out of date and in order to get a new one she must pass a test, set by the Wise Old Elf. / Lucy's dad is digging up the meadow and the Little Kingdom is in danger. How can they stop him without being discovered?
