The Man with the Twisted Lip

S3 E5: A worried wife asks Sherlock Holmes to help her trace her husband who has disappeared from home. She's sure she has seen him looking from a window above an opium den but when she arrives with a policeman to search the premises, all they find is a beggar. Could this vagrant be the murderer?
