Sue is about to give birth to their 22nd child just as the nation goes into a national lockdown due to Covid. When the latest addition arrives home, everyone else in the house must muck in.

After months of home education, the Radford kids return to school. The first day of a new term is always complicated, with drop-offs at four different schools. Noel takes the older kids on an adventure, giving Sue some time with the little ones.

For once it's not Sue who's pregnant, but rather 18-year-old daughter Millie. As Millie faces up to being a single mum, sister Chloe organises the baby shower, but a cake crisis threatens to upset everything.

Sue wants a third French bulldog and while Noel says that isn't going to happen, Sue gets her own way and to make matters worse, Noel and Sue take the younger ones away for a night, leaving the teens to have a party at home.

The Radford house is swarming with activity when Noel decides to enter a 10k race as a motivator to get himself back into shape, but he realizes he needs a health check up.
