Not all emergency personnel ride in ambulances to get to people in need of their help. Some rely on motorcycles to get them from point A to point B - emergency bikers, if you will. This series follows the full-throttle action as groups of police bikers in Essex and paramedics from the West Midlands and Cornwall make their way around the land on their motorized bikes. While dangerous, being on motorcycles can be advantageous, allowing crews to more easily be able to race through congrested roads. Among the situations the crews are called to are kids being hit by cars, sports injuries, car accidents and fights.
