Journalist Katja Salose publishes an article that reveals the truth about local sports star Samuli Tolonen. As a result, she becomes the most hated person in her hometown overnight, because Samuli's fans are not pleased.

Samuli Tolone's fans hold Katja responsible for the suicide of their idol. Suddenly, the reporter's employer even receives a bomb threat. Katja, however, does not believe that it is a suicide.

Video footage shows that Tolonen knew his killer, but the perpetrator is unrecognisable. Katja's investigation is thwarted from all sides, but she does not back down and digs deeper.

The launch of Kristian's crypto currency is a great success, but Katja suspects him of illegal practices. After a conversation with his wife, dubious matters from his past come to light.

Katja's critical newspaper article has some consequences for Kristian. After his wife suffers a severe shock, his crypto business also collapses. But soon Katja is also caught in the crossfire.

Katja questions her judgement on VersoCoin as success stories emerge. Among the group of investors, however, the situation threatens to spiral out of control when Pekka asks Kristian for his money.
