Jane decides to become a bully at work, Rosemary wants to get her 80s band back together, and the school bully targets Horatio.

Despite her lack of coordination, Jane re-joins the office kickball team to try to keep her daughter from quitting karate class, and Emily and Jason are worried when Bill's imaginary friend becomes malicious.

Jane starts to feel inadequate as a parent when her boyfriend quickly bonds with the kids, and Emily loses her status as head car pool driver to another neighbour.
