Vet Shondie faces the most dramatic case of her career when a two-month-old Tamaskan puppy is brought in after being attacked by an older dog.

It is seal pupping season and vet Shondie has her hands full when two rescued grey seal pups, Pudding and Buster, are brought into the practice for emergency care.

Following vets in Thurso and Wick. Vet Tom is concerned his Shetland pony may be suffering from a fatal condition called laminitis.

The team is called in to help Bengal cat Harvey, suffering from a serious form of anaemia. Vet Elidh offers up her own dog Maisy as a potential donor.

Vet Shondie is on night duty when an emergency case arrives at the practice. The owner of greyhound Paddy, and saluki cross Lassy, thinks one of them might have swallowed a battery.

Vet David heads to a farm where a cow is in labour and arrives to find the twin calves twisted together on top of each other, while Tom is called out to Luther the Clydesdale horse.
