Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card, Pt. 1

As she begins junior high school, Sakura has a prophetic dream involving blank cards and a cloaked figure, and awakens to discover her cards lost all their powers.

Armed with a more powerful key and a new mission, Sakura resumes her daily life and makes cheesecake with her friends, but their good time comes to an abrupt halt when Sakura, Tomoyo and Kero become trapped inside a warped version of Sakura's room.

Unusually heavy rainfall causes Sakura and Tomoyo to suspect a Clear Card of manipulating the weather; Sakura comes under attack during her first day in the cheerleading club.

Sakura meets foreign transfer student Akiho and, when the trees around the school seem to come alive, Sakura leaps into action and uses her new card powers to stop them.

While on a picnic and enjoying the beauty of nature with her friends, an unseen force pulls Sakura toward a large, strange tree deep in the forest.

Sakura ponders the meaning of her recent dreams; when the students get together to hear Akiho sing, Sakura notices a strange sound coming from somewhere in the music room.
