Identical twins are interested in plastic surgery, Sean moves out to experience life as a single man, and Matt's insecurities are exposed.

Christian fixes one of Sean's operating mistakes, a mentally unstable patient wants extensive surgery before her high-school reunion, and Sean tries to foster a relationship with his son, Matt.

Sean and Christian perform an operation on an ageing adult film star, Christian takes Matt to a party, Julia follows her dreams to go to medical school, and Sean helps a transvestite track down a doctor.

An encounter with an ex-lover leads Christian to a meeting for sexaholics, and Julia's plan to go back to school is questioned.

Christian's prize possessions are vandalised, and Sean's life is invigorated after an encounter with a new patient.
