At the age of twenty-four, Gregg Smart is found brutally murdered inside the entrance to his condo. Investigators soon arrest three local teens who all have connections to his wife.
As the investigation continues, police discover that Pam Smart was having an affair with her husband's 15-year-old murderer, Billy Flynn. She is soon arrested for masterminding the murder.
