Main anchor, Mi-hee Kim for the 9 o'clock Spotlight News suddenly bursts into tears. Reporting live in front of the police precinct, Woo-jin is told to buy more time to stall for Mi-hee.

Per Tae-seok's order, Woo-jin threatens the Police to get the tape back. Unexpectedly, Myung Sung Daily who is on bad terms with GBS gets hold of the Police Chief Incident.

Woo-jin and Tae-seok board the helicopter to check out the private home of the owner of Myung Sung Daily. As soon as it takes off, a phone call from GBS come sin. A special News Spotlight corner called 'Investigative Journal' falls into Woo-jin's lap.

Woo-jin gets a call from Jin-kyu Jang. She hesistated for a while before reporting to Tae-suk. She want to show him that she can execute a successful interview putting her life on the line, but Tae-suk opposes the idea.

Aiming the rifle at Jin-kyu Jang, Woo-jin calls Tae-suk. In a split second, Jin-kyu takes the gun away and aims it at her instead. Jin-kyu threatens Tae-suk to use Woo-jin so he could relay his last words through a live broadcast.

Woo-jin rushes to the hospital upon Tae-suk's angry scolding. Reading off of Soon-chul's notes she gives him details of the situation. Myung-eun practices for he Anchor auditions, while Woo-jin, during make-up gets constant calls from Tae-suk.
