Future Card Buddyfight

Tasuku Ryuenji, a member of the Buddy Police, busts a fugitive; Gao Mikado watches the heroic scene on TV, and it gives him the courage to dispense some justice of his own.

Tasuku accepts Gao's challenge and the fight is arranged; Gao gets help from Baku on building a deck to suit his playing style; later, Gao and Tasuku's Buddyfight commences in the school's amphitheatre as Gao's friends watch from the stands.

Forced to find a practice partner, Gao picks an unlikely opponent for his next Buddyfight; later, Gao upsets Drum and he threatens to reject Gao as his Buddy for good.

Gao and Drum have a big argument right before Gao leaves for school; Kiri learns about Buddyfighting and participates in a training session.

Gao finds something amazing while taking a walk during the school field trip; Wolf manages to get some of the material as well, and it causes him to have unusual abilities.

Rouga wants revenge and Gao acts before thinking of the consequences; Gao soon learns that the mentality that winning is everything is wrong.
