S2 E2: With giant cockroaches and even bigger attitudes, Allure Salon is not so alluring. Pablo Hernandez, the 21 year-old owner, bit off more than he could chew when he bought the business. His youth and inexperience are obvious as the staff steamrolls over him and refuses to respect his authority. Tabatha teaches Hernandez to stop acting like the maid and start acting like the boss. In addition, one eclectic stylist tests Tabatha’s patience with her disco ball wardrobe and lazy styling skills. If Hernandez doesn't step up and demand that his staff act more professionally, then Allure Salon might have to close its doors for good.
