S2 E13: Sarah is oblivious to the fact that she is 9-months pregnant, assuming she's just been bloated. When she finally comprehends her situation, she realizes she may be in over her head. Steve throws his back out on the toilet, and Brian goes to save him. In doing so, he ends up in a similar predicament.
