IThree teams are challenged to give Philadelphia's famed street food a facelift. Inspired by the creativity immigrants used to originally invent these dishes, our teams must now elevate Philly's famed street food by reinventing them into a brand new culinary experience. But armed with limited navigational tools, the team must find their way around this foreign city in an attempt to collect the necessary ingredients, bring them to our Pressure Cooker Pop-Up Kitchen, and create a dish that pays homage to the past while also setting its sights to the future.
