Historias lamentables

Ramón is a timid man who is about to inherit the empire built by his rigorous father. Bermejo is a sickly methodical vacationer of order and an enemy of improvisation. Ayoub is an African without papers who pursues his dream and is accompanied by an unbearable woman. Alipio is a small businessman mired in gambling and despair. The stories of the four are interconnected.
