15 Min Full Body Dumbbell Workout
This is a full body workout with weights and cardio bursts, designed to save you time while giving you maximum results. You will burn more calories in less time while toning and sculpting your entire body. The routine starts off with a 2 minute warm up, includes 9 strength training moves, 3 cardio bursts, and a 2 minute cool down. You’ll do 3 strength exercises in a row with the cardio bursts in between. Many people wonder if they should do cardio before or after a strength session. Generally, it depends on what your goals are, so there isn’t a one size fits all answer. Additionally, a lot of us simply don’t have the time to do 30-60 minutes of both back to back. So a great solution is to combine them into one routine!
