A series of strange events occur after an ancient statue of the Buddha is excavated in Jinyang-gun.

As Han Do-kyung journeys to the Jinyang-gun county office for voluntary work, the strange happenings in Jinyang-gun escalate further.

The survivors lock the entrance to the county office. Yong-joo theorises that the black rain may have contained a virus.

While Ki-hoon learns more about the haunted statue's eyes, Yong-joo tries to get the governor to quarantine those infected by the statue.

As Governor Kwon changes his mind, Do-kyung does his best to save Soo-jin and Yong-joo takes the lead.

As Ki-hoon tries to seal the Budda statue, Seok-hee attempts to save Do-kyung. Will they be able to break the curse and save their loved ones?
