A criminal seizes a girl with a serious illness as hostage! As bullets fly across downtown, Kota Kitami of Tokyo MER arrives at the scene and goes head-to-head with the police, who are reluctant to approach the captive to administer medication tothe patient. Natsumi, a single mother herself, strongly wishes to save the girl. In the midst of the dire situation, the captive fires at Natsumi. Kitami, who refuses to give up, decides to perform a surgery on the front line!

The elevator, in which Kota Kitami (Ryohei Suzuki)’s younger sister Suzuka Kitami (Shiori Sato) and a pregnant woman are inside, suddenly stops due to a sudden fire. Naoto Otowa (Kento Kaku) and a prominent politician, Yugen Amanuma, (Bunchin Katsura), are trapped along with them. As the elevator fills with smoke and air becomes scarce, the pregnant woman’s condition worsens. Tokyo MER receives an order to prioritize the treatment of Amanuma, the politician. Otowa must make the ultimate choice as the fire rages on on the other side of the elevator. What will Kitami do to save the lives of the mother and the child? Tokyo MER members take on a desperate rescue mission!

18 gradeschool children suddenly go missing in the mountains. Kota Kitami (Ryohei Suzuki) of Tokyo MER arrives at the scene and its members divide and execute their rescue efforts. The team members, who have faced many precarious situations up to this point, must now face new dangers alone… As Tokyo MER medics Naoto Otowa (Kento Kaku) and Hina Tsurumaki (Ayami Nakajo) treat children who have fallen into critical conditions with unknown illnesses, Kota also treats the children to the best of his abilities. However, he lacks the specific medicine necessary to treat his patients. The biggest crisis yet strikes the team!
