  Apple TV is the home of Apple Originals, featuring hundreds of exclusive shows and movies—from thrilling dramas and epic sci-fi to feel-good comedies—with new releases weekly and no ads. As an Apple TV subscriber, you can also watch Friday Night Baseball with two MLB matchups each Friday during the regular season. Starting in 2026, you can stream every Major League Soccer match and every Formula 1 Grand Prix (U.S. only)—every practice lap, qualifying session, and race. Subscribe and watch on the Apple TV app or here on tv.apple.com. Apple TV subscription does not include third-party subscription services, or content available for rental or purchase on the Apple TV app.

• How much does an Apple TV subscription cost?

  Pricing varies depending on the offer you choose:

  1. If you buy an Apple TV 4K, Apple TV is included free for 3 months.¹
  2. A monthly subscription is just $12.99 per month after a free 7-day trial.²
  3. Apple TV is included in Apple One, which bundles up to five other Apple services into a single monthly subscription.
  4. The Apple Music Student Plan comes with free access to Apple TV.³

• Can I get an Apple TV subscription for free?

  There are a few ways to try Apple TV for free. First, try 7 days for free by starting a trial in the Apple TV app on your iPhone, iPad, Apple TV 4K or HD, or on any streaming device or here at tv.apple.com.[2] If you’ve recently purchased Apple hardware that includes a 3-month or other free trial of Apple TV and you’re eligible, this offer will automatically appear in the Apple TV app when signed in to the Apple account associated with your recent hardware purchase.

• Where can I watch Apple TV?

  You can watch in the Apple TV app on your favorite Apple devices, smart TVs, streaming devices, game consoles, Android mobile devices, Windows devices, and some select cable boxes. Plus, watch on tv.apple.com from your web browser.

• What can I watch with an Apple TV subscription?

  With Apple TV, you can watch hundreds of Apple Original shows and movies, as well as Friday Night Baseball with two MLB matchups every Friday during the regular season, and starting in 2026 you’ll be able to stream Formula 1 (U.S. only)—every practice lap, qualifying session, and race—as well as every Major League Soccer match.
