Cody decides to run for School President, and Zack teases him about it, until he discovers all the school Presidents are meeting in Hawaii this year. Suddenly he decides to run for office himself.

A Japanese singer is in town to entertain a delegation at the hotel. Zack and Cody take her to International Day at school, but she gets lost so they have to sing instead of her.
