Lewis Smith

Lewis Smith was an actor who graced the silver screen many times throughout his Hollywood career. Smith started his acting career landing roles in films, such as "The Final Terror" (1981), the drama "Southern Comfort" (1981) with Keith Carradine and "I Ought to Be in Pictures" (1982) with Walter Matthau. He also appeared in "Love Child" (1982) and the comedic fantasy "The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai: Across the 8th Dimension" (1984) with Peter Weller. He also appeared in the TV movie "Kentucky Woman" (CBS, 1982-83). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like "The Heavenly Kid" (1985) and the thrilling adaptation "Diary of a Hitman" (1992) with Forest Whitaker. He also landed roles in the miniseries "North and South" (1985-86) and "North and South: Book II" (1985-86). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Diagnosis Murder" (CBS, 1993-2001). He also had a part in the TV miniseries "Texas Justice" (1994-95). Smith most recently acted in the Jamie Foxx box office smash western "Django Unchained" (2012).
