A convention for twins is being held at the Tipton. Maddie and London go on a date with one pair of twins, and Zack tries to persuade Cody to join him in dating two English identical twins.

A Japanese singer is in town to entertain a delegation at the hotel. Zack and Cody take her to International Day at school, but she gets lost so they have to sing instead of her.

Cody gets the job as editor of the school newspaper and appoints Zack as agony aunt. He proves very popular until he abuses his role by advising a girl he likes to go out with him.

Mr Moseby organises a ballroom dancing competition to help raise money for a party for Esteban's sisters, and Esteban enters Zack and Cody in it.

A hawk makes its nest on the balcony of Zack and Cody's apartment, and the twins are furious when Patrick frightens it away. It has left an egg behind, so Cody looks after it until it hatches.

The boys want some independence now they are getting older. Mum lets them go to the cinema alone, but, when they see a horror film instead of the family one Mum agreed to, Zack has nightmares.
