Skydiving ace Ty Moncrief's aerial antics are costing the DEA in blood. Moncrief's team lands on federal buildings, steals files containing the names of undercover agents which Moncrief then sells to drug barons. Pete Nessip is the marshal who takes the air to bring Ty down.
