Electricity

In her documentary ELECTRICITY - TESTING THE DARK the Berlin-based independent filmmaker Eva Heldmann (FIVE SEX ROOMS AND ONE KITCHEN, STEPPING OUT) interviews five people who cannot pay their electricity bills. They live below the poverty line without light and heat, in or near large cities. Her film premiered at the Berlinale's Forum Expanded.
