It’s Christmas in Haven… or so it seems to everyone but Audrey, who begins to realize that the elaborate holidays joke being played on her might actually be a deadly Christmas trouble that is taking over the entire town, and only she knows it. She, Nathan and Duke investigate as the town begins to descend into chaos and people begin going missing, at the same time that Christmas seems to be spreading, unbeknownst to everyone but Audrey. But is there something wrong with everyone else, or is all of this just in her head?

The SRU is called to what appears to be a home invasion turned into a standoff, but team members soon realize the hostage-taker is no stranger to the family.
