Clarice (Rebecca Breeds) and the ViCAP team travel to Bailyton, Tennessee, where an armed militia group has shot a federal agent, leading to a tense standoff. For Clarice, returning to Appalachia means facing painful childhood memories. Still under pressure with a chorus of skeptical voices from her colleagues, Clarice is determined to prevent the next Waco. She must outwit the conniving leader of the militia while battling her own inner demons.
