The Deal
Paul Bernardo's lawyers find the videotapes of the assaults on Leslie Mahaffy and Kristen French; the tapes reveal Homolka is complicit in the crimes; unaware of this new information, prosecutors make a controversial deal with Homolka.
EPISODE 4
The Trial
Paul Bernardo is convicted of the murders of Leslie Mahaffy and Kristen French and sentenced to life in prison; Homolka is released after serving just 12 years for her part in the crimes; today, she walks around as a free citizen.
