S5, E3: Jack and the team search for a missing 911 operator, Jessica Lawson. The investigation soon reveals that, in addition to being called by someone who threatened to kill her for interfering with his life, Jessica was also accosted by a man whose wife died while he was seeking Jessica's help on a 911 line.
