S1, E2: Detectives from Northumbria Police are investigating the fatal stabbing of Joan Hoggett, a 62-year-old grandmother. A call comes in about 19-year-old Ethan Mountain, who suffers from paranoid schizophrenia, and is claiming to have stabbed someone.
