A race with a true heritage in pushing the limits: Roald Amundsen, Thor Heyerdahl, the Vikings… More than any other group on earth this is a people with a built-in desire to takes things past the limit. Enter Mads Jonsson and Project Hemsedal 2008 – 'Cruise Contro'l. A man who this year faced a huge mental and physical challenge in a battle against gravity as he and a crew of riders including Torstein Hormgo, Mikel Bang and Mathieu Crepel took on the megalithic Hemsedal hip. Friday documented it all, filming much of it from a paramotor in the sky allowing a unique view on this now-legendary session.
