13 Assassins
The Mayor of Akashi, Naritsugu Matsudaira, is elected to be the post-Rozyu. The present Rozyu, Doi, orders Shinzaemon to assassinate Naritsugu. Thirteen assassins, including him, prepare to assault Naritsugu on their way from Edo to Akashi.
