It is 1929 and they are known to the press, who follow their every move, as the 'Bright Young Things'. Eccentric, wild and party loving, Adam and his friends shock the establishment in their endless search for newer and faster sensations - new 'fads' such as gramophone records and the telephone. When events out of their control come crashing into their world however, they are forced to reassess their lives and what they value the most.
