Detachment

From the Director of 'American History X' and the Producer of 'The Hurt Locker', Academy Award® winner Adrien Brody plays an emotionally remote substitute teacher who enjoys the ease of his ever-changing role, never having to engage too deeply with students or administrators. But when he is assigned to a dysfunctional public high school where the teachers are dispirited and the students wayward, he struggles to keep up his guard.
