Out for Blood

Los Angeles police Detective Hank Holten has succumbed to alcoholism and developed an unhealthy obsession with his ex-wife, vampire-book author Susan Hastings. Capt. John Billings, Holten's superior, attempts to steer him away from both the bottle and Susan by assigning him to investigate a girl's disappearance. But Holten doesn't just find the girl — he finds a group of bloodthirsty vampires. And Susan may be the only person who can help him.
