Monica and Phoebe make a bet after Rachel passes her due date; Chandler falls asleep at the premiere screening of Joey's new film.

Joey might declare his love for Rachel, or Phoebe, Rachel breaks a pact with Ross, and Chandler becomes mister bubble bath.

Joey realises his intense feelings for Rachel are excluding Ross from the joys of impending fatherhood.

Rachel waits in the hospital maternity ward with an anxious Ross, but to her dismay she is put in a semi-private room and then, the heavily-pregnant Janice is allocated to share the room with her.

Rachel goes into labour, enduring endless pain while an anxious Ross hovers nearby and her waiting friends wreak havoc in the hospital.
