After Mateo and Cheyenne disagree on how to celebrate her 21st birthday, Cheyenne enlists Bo's help; to Garrett's chagrin, Glenn plays matchmaker to help Jerry and Sandra complete their family; Dina tries to help Amy keep a big secret from Jonah.

Amy, Jonah, and Dina decide to fake a rivalry during a step-tracking challenge in order to inspire lazy employees, but the competition turns chaotic when the fake rivalry becomes real.

Mateo and Amy aren't afraid to play dirty and sneaky in order to win the employee costume competition to win first prize. Plus, Glenn is paranoid that he's being followed.

Glenn has a difficult time when Kelly requests a transfer to another store; Jonah and Amy go to new lengths to keep their relationship secret; Cheyenne suggests a workplace carpool.

Jonah suggests Amy stock up on baby supplies by holding a small baby shower, but things soon get out of hand; Mateo directs Dina's Christmas card photo shoot.

Amy and Cheyenne attend Cloud 9 Academy, Dina and Garrett are roped into babysitting Glenn's daughter, and Jonah becomes a political activist with Mateo.
