The contestants are set a challenge to design tattoos which feature a pin-up figure, and each artist is surprised with a visit from a loved one.

The artists try their hand at a demolition derby. Plus, they create amazing 3D tattoos before a shock elimination sends a top artist home.

Glen Hetrick from Face-Off joins the panel as a guest, to help judge the contestants' work. The theme for the week is based on the seven deadly sins, challenging the competitors' artistic abilities.

A flash challenge takes the remaining artists by surprise, before the final two go head-to-head in a fierce battle for the grand prize.
