Frank's new appreciation for life freaks everyone out, while Fiona is determined to get Ian to take his medication. Later, Debbie takes a pregnancy test.

Jimmy's return sends Fiona into chaos, Ian steals Mickey and Svetlana's baby, Sammi takes over the Gallagher house, Debbie starts high school, and Veronica decides to separate from Kevin.

With Fiona under court order to remain inside the house and Frank's illness keeping him out of commission, the weight of guardianship falls squarely on Lip's shoulders.
