Jason Taylor
The NFL's Man of the Year Award winner for 2008 and last year's NFL Defensive Player of the Year, Jason Taylor played defensive end for the Miami Dolphins for over a decade. At one time, Taylor held the NFL record for touchdowns by a defensive lineman (7) and was the Dolphins' all-time leader in quarterback sacks (117) and consecutive games played (130). The six-time All Pro formed the Jason Taylor Foundation in 2004 and continued to be heavily involved throughout his South Florida community. Off the field, Taylor was married to Katina Taylor, and with their two sons, Isaiah and Mason, as well as daughter Zoe Grace, the family resided in Weston, FL. Deciding to step outside his box a bit, in early 2008, it was announced Taylor would join the sixth season of the popular dance competition, "Dancing with the Stars" (ABC, 2005-); no doubt spending just as much time rehearsing his fancy footwork as he would flying back and forth from Florida to L.A. each week.
