A police officer working undercover for the Catwoman disappears after informing Gordon that she's teamed up with the Sandman. The pair seek a rich insomniac's fortune and manage to trap the dynamic duo.

Batman discovers Catwoman's lair, then tells her of Sandman's plot to double-cross her and keep J Pauline Spaghetti's fortune for himself. She leads Batman to Sandman and the dynamic duo try to apprehend the crook.
