Joan Young

Joan Young was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Young's career beginnings included film roles in "All For Mary" (1955) and "An Alligator Named Daisy" (1957) with Donald Sinden. Young then began to rack up a number of film credits, including roles in the Ingrid Bergman dramatic adaptation "The Inn of the Sixth Happiness" (1958), "Suddenly, Last Summer" (1960) with Elizabeth Taylor and "Carry on Constable" (1961). She also appeared in the horror movie "Blood From the Mummy's Tomb" (1971) with Andrew Keir. Later in her career, Young acted in "The Chiffy Kids: It Pays to Advertise" (1978). Young passed away in October 1984 at the age of 81.
